During the current Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season, many young Indian pace bowlers have risen to prominence, and fans in the country are pretty excited about the idea of having a lot of pace bowling options. Everyone has been impressed by players like Umran Malik, Arshdeep Singh, Mohsin Khan, and Yash Dayal. It would be interesting to see if some of these players get to play in the upcoming T20I series against South Africa.
Dinesh Karthik, a batsman for Royal Challengers Bangalore, has chosen Arshdeep Singh, Yash Dayal, and Mohsin as the three young pacers who have impressed him the most this season.
Karthik talked about Arshdeep
Talking on ICC Reviewabout Arshdeep, Karthik said: “Arshdeep Singh has impressed me because he has been so good at the end. I think he has a lot of control and has thrown some nice yorkers. Even though they have a world-class bowler in their lineup (Kagiso Rabada), he has helped them on his own with the ball, which I like about him.”
So far, Arshdeep has taken 10 wickets for Punjab Kings in 13 games, for 7.82. The left-handed seamer Yash Dayal plays for the Gujarat Titans. He has taken nine wickets in six games. Mohsin Khan, on the other hand, has taken 13 wickets for Lucknow Super Giants in 8 games.

“He’s been a great find (Yash Dayal). With the new ball, he has been able to move it in both directions. Which I like about him “said Karthik.
“He (Mohsin Khan) wasn’t picked until late in the tournament, but when he bowls.Yash makes sure to use a heavy ball, and he’s had some great spells. He has always bowled at less than six runs per over, and his slower balls have been really good as well “he added.
