On Monday, Kieron Pollard, who used to be the captain of the West Indies, became the first cricketer to play 600 T20 games. The hard-hitting batter reached this milestone during his team’s match against Manchester Originals in The Hundred tournament at Lord’s, which is still going on. Pollard made sure that the event would be remembered. He hit one four and four big sixes on just 11 balls to score 34 runs without being out.

Pollard’s T20I stats are very good. In 600 games, he has scored an average of 31.34 runs per game, for a total of 11,723. He does the best on his own out of all 104. Pollard has made one hundred runs and 56 half-hundred in this format. He has also taken out 309 batsmen with his bowling, with a best of 4/15.

Pollard’s attack helped his team score 160/6 in 100 balls before the match. The captain, Eoin Morgan (37), and the first batsman, Zak Crawley, also helped (41). Before they ran out of batters, Manchester Originals could only score 108 runs. Phil Salt had the most runs on the team with 36, and Jordan Thompson’s 4/21 made him the best bowler for the London Spirit. By 52 runs, London Spirit won the game.
