TThe 15th edition of the Indian premiere League TATA IPL 2022, which was sponsored by Tata came to a close on Sunday, 29 May with debutant team Gujarat Titans led by captain Hardik Pandya clenching the winner title

Hardik Pandya’sDebutants Gujarat Titans won the Indian Premier League champions Trophy 2022 on Sunday. It was an average scoring match. Rajasthan won the toss and elected to bat first there players not contributed much more except Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal. As a result, Rajasthan Royals were beaten by seven wickets in the final in Ahmedabad.
Gujarat’s Captain Hardik Pandya led by example with the bat and ball he took 3 wickets and scored 34 runs, Opener Shubman Gill remained unbeaten on 45 and hits the victory six also.
The winning team Gujarat Titans got a check of ₹20 crores. Rajasthan Royals who finished as the runner-up also got a check of ₹12.50 crore.
After the historic final match, the various award winners were announced by the presenters.
