Upcoming Indian Cricket Superstars: India’s cricket history has always been dotted with exceptional players. The last year also provided us with some exciting new names to anticipate in the coming year.
1 Ruturaj Gaikwad

Ruturaj has already played two Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) for India and says he will play many more. He scored three hundred in a row for Maharashtra in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, which is still going on. When the India ODI squad for South Africa is chosen, the 24-year-old Ruturaj will have to be taken into account.
2 Ravi Bishnoi

This leg-spinner from Rajasthan, who is 21 years old, has already done well in the IPL for Punjab Kings, but they did not keep him. Over the course of two seasons, Bishnoi has played 23 games and taken 24 wickets at a very good economy of 6.9. Soon, his name will be talked about in India.
3 Arshdeep Singh

The left-arm pacer from Punjab, who is 22 years old, is another bright prospect. He took the second most wickets for Punjab Kings in the IPL 2021, which got him a spot on the team. He is a cool customer at death, and in recent years, he has also worked up a good pace. In the future, Arshdeep can be set up for bigger things.
4 Yashasvi Jaiswal

So far, the 19-year-old opener for Rajasthan Royals has played some great innings. With a little more help and experience, the left-hander can do great things. Yashasvi could be well on his way to playing for India one day, and 2022 could be a big year for him.
5 R Sai Kishore

Sai Kishore, a left-arm spinner from Tamil Nadu who is 25 years old, has done well in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, which is still going on. He had a contract with Chennai Super Kings for the IPL 2021, but he couldn’t play. In 2022, he will be eager to show off his skills on bigger stages.
6 Shahrukh Khan

The big-hitting batsman from Tamil Nadu who plays in the middle order has already made an impression. In the final of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, a six off the last ball against Karnataka would have only helped him. In 2022, the 26-year-old from Chennai could do even more amazing things.
7 Abhinav Manohar

This Karnataka cricketer is a bit late to the game at age 27. The Bangalore United Cricket Club player did well with the bat in the KSCA T20, so the state picked him to play in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy this year. Abhinav’s strike rate in state leagues is around 190, which is very good. If he can get a contract with an IPL team, we might see more of him in 2022.
8 Darshan Nalkande

Darshan, a fast-medium bowler from Vidarbha who is 23 years old, already had a contract with Punjab Kings, but he hasn’t played in the IPL yet. He can bowl fast to medium, and in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, he took 13 wickets, including four in four balls against Karnataka in the semifinals. Darshan will have a lot of hopes for 2022.
9 Ashwin Hebbar

The Andhra batsman, who is 26 years old, is another player to watch in the New Year. He got 279 runs and a hundred at a very good strike rate of 194 in this year’s Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. If Ashwin can keep up that level of play over the next year, we might see him more.
10 Tanmay Agarwal

The 26-year-old from Hyderabad led Hyderabad’s charge in SMAT. He scored more than 300 runs and ended up with the most runs in the tournament. Tanmay can show off his skills on a bigger stage with an IPL contract, and he will also have a lot of hopes for the New Year of 2022.
